Description
Dominique is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in senior roles at prominent
organizations including Clearstream-Deutsche Börse, RBC Investor Services, Lombard International
Assurance, and Tarkett GDL. Currently, he serves as the Chief Product Officer and Head of Human
Resources at FundsDLT, a Fundtech company established in 2020.
In his role at FundsDLT, Dominique has been instrumental in the company's growth, establishing its
corporate structure, securing three CSSF licenses, recruiting approximately 40 team members, and
building the operations team from the ground up. His leadership has been pivotal in transforming
conceptual ideas into tangible deliverables, driving sustainable business development.
Dominique's expertise lies in human capital initiatives, where he excels in helping companies during
growth phases or when they need to refine processes or balance sheets to achieve their collective
ambitions. He integrates sustainable people development into his business strategy, firmly believing
in the existence of a framework that can lead to corporate success.
Throughout his career, Dominique has led and contributed to numerous projects requiring deep
experience and expertise in areas such as risk and control, efficiency planning, client solutions
activities, operating models, leadership and governance projects, remuneration policies,
engagement programs, and organizational remodeling and setup.
